1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and any updates we may post. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services
We provide Shopify Services and App Subscription. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

• You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

4. Payment & Billing

• All purchases are processed via Stripe.

• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any subscription or one-time fees.

• Pricing, fees, and billing terms are set out at checkout and may change with 30 days’ notice.

5. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

• No partial-period refunds.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services (e.g. fraud, infringing content, spamming). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software are owned by Logicgo Infotech. You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services as permitted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Logicgo Infotech be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new version here with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use means you accept the changes.
