About the Role

We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor who can transform raw footage, screen
recordings, and product demonstrations into engaging, high-converting social media content. This
role is ideal for someone who understands both video storytelling and the technology landscape,
with the ability to showcase newly developed mobile apps, websites, and digital products through
compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Create promotional videos for newly developed mobile applications, websites, SaaS products, and other IT solutions.
  • Convert app screen recordings, UI demonstrations, and feature walkthroughs into visually engaging marketing videos.
  • Produce product launch videos, app teaser videos, explainer videos, feature highlight videos, and client showcase content
  • Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, background music, and visual effects to enhance engagement.
  • Repurpose long-form content, webinars, podcasts, and demos into multiple short-form videos optimized for social media platforms
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral editing styles, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design, Product, and Development teams to understand product features and campaign objectives
  • Develop creative concepts to communicate technical information in a simple and visually appealing manner.
  • Maintain brand consistency, tone, and quality standards across all video content.
  • Organize and manage raw footage, project files, creative assets, and version histories efficiently.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Create basic static creatives and video thumbnails for social media campaigns when required.
  • Optimize videos for different aspect ratios and platform requirements (9:16, 16:9, 1:1, etc.).
  • Assist in developing video content strategies aimed at increasing app downloads, lead generation, user engagement, and brand awareness.

Required Skills

  • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Desktop.
  • Experience editing technology, mobile app, software, or product-related videos.
  • Understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and viral content formats.
  • Ability to convert technical product information into engaging visual stories.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, text animations, and UI-based editing techniques.
  • Basic color correction, color grading, and audio cleanup skills.
  • Strong storytelling ability, creative mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with screen recording tools and app demonstration workflows
  • Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop or Canva are an added advantage.
  • Experience creating thumbnails and social media creatives is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with IT companies, digital agencies, mobile app startups, or SaaS businesses.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing app promotion videos, software demos, social media reels, and product marketing content
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and content performance is an added advantage

providers such as AC repair technicians, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters,
cleaning professionals, appliance repair experts, and other home service vendors. Our goal
is to help customers find reliable professionals instantly while helping vendors grow their
business through our platform

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to onboard local
service providers onto the Instant platform. The candidate will visit shops, offices, and
service centers, explain the benefits of joining Instant, collect vendor details, complete the
registration process, and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
This is a field-based role that requires excellent communication, confidence, and the ability
to meet daily on boarding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Acquisition

    Visit local markets and service areas daily.
    Identify potential vendors such as :

    o AC Repair
    o Electricians
    o Plumbers
    o Carpenters
    o Painters
    o Cleaning Services
    o CCTV Installation
    o RO Service
    o Appliance Repair
    o Pest Control
    o Home Maintenance
    o Interior Contractors
    o Movers & Packers
    o Any local service provider

 

  • Vendor Registration

    Explain the Instant App and its benefits.
    Convince vendors to join the platform.
    Complete vendor registration through the mobile app.
    Collect required documents:

    o Aadhaar Card
    o PAN Card (if applicable)
    o GST (if available)
    o Shop Photo
    o Vendor Photo
    o Bank Details
    o Service Categories
    o Service Area
  • Ensure all information is accurate.

 

  • Relationship Management

    o Build strong relationships with vendors.
    o Resolve vendor queries. Guide vendors on using the app.
    o Follow up with vendors after registration.

 

  • Market Research

    o Identify competitor platforms.
    o Collect market insights.
    o Share feedback with the management team.
    o Suggest new service categories based on local demand.

 

  • Daily Reporting

    Submit daily reports including:

    o Number of shops visited
    o Number of vendors approached
    o Number of successful registrations
    o Reasons for rejection
    o Competitor activity
    o Lead status
    o Daily travel route

Daily Targets :

  • Visit 30–50 shops per day.
  • Generate 20+ qualified leads daily.
  • Register 5–10 new vendors per day.
  • Achieve monthly onboarding targets assigned by the company.

Eligibility :

  • Education:

    Minimum 12th Pass.
    Graduate preferred.
  • Experience:

        o Vendor Acquisition
        o Business Development

    Fresher’s with good communication skills are also welcome.

Requirements :

  • Own Android smartphone.
  • Two-wheeler preferred.
  • Valid Driving License preferred.
  • Comfortable with field work.
  • Ability to travel across the assigned city.
